BAFICO is a US-American venture capital finance group. It uses barter capital to finance companies and transactions around the world.

 

Beside participations in companies, the two corporations, BAFICO Holding Corporation and BAFICO Currency Service Corporation manage the barter capital of international investors (re-financiers).
 

The German company BAFICO Finance GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the BAFICO Holding Corporation, was set up with barter capital from the BAFICO Venture Capital Finance Group and has been recorded in the German Commercial Registry.
